Victoria deserves a high merit award for her amazing customer service. My suite was quiet, clean and cozy, I felt like I was home. I highly recommend this hotel for all affairs short or long stays. Will be looking forward to staying here again.

It was my first time staying at a Sonesta, and I literally called my wife and exclaimed, they have a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop and large workspace!!!what?! I travel all the time for work and we travel often for pleasure, and I have to say that this was the best amenities for an affordable price that I have ever encountered.

Great Stay

It was our first time staying at a Sonesta hotel and we really liked it. Our stay was pleasant. The staff at the front desk was kind and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Would definitely recommend this place.

Be aware of parking fee

Nice staff and convenient location. Smells in room, including cooking odors. Some noise. They charge you $5.30 per day for parking, which is not shown on Hotels.com or on their own web site. I was not told about this when I checked. No other hotel Naperville/Warrenville has ever charged me for parking.

The staff was great from start to finish! Parking was excellent and convenient, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Even the laundry facility appeared well-maintained, although I didn’t personally use it. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Fitness Center – The gym equipment really needs an upgrade. The treadmills were loud and outdated, while the stair-master, stationary bikes, and elliptical were all out of order. 2. Luggage Carts – There simply weren’t enough available. Most of the time they were in use, and with my room located a good distance away, this made moving luggage inconvenient. 3. Snack & Drink Options – The selection was very limited and rarely stocked, which was disappointing. Overall, the service and cleanliness made the stay pleasant, but the amenities could use some serious attention to bring the experience up to a higher standard.

The room was spacious and clean. Loved the full-size recliner!! Didn't really have any cleaning service to speak of but no worries, as I'm capable to throw out my own garbage, get new towels and get TP and kleenex at the front desk. Although, many at the front desk spent a lot of time out-front smoking and on-break. The parking lot, needs resurfacing..although the $5/day fee may be raised to cover the cost? I'd probably come back as it's close to many things I like and the cost is fair.
