"This hotel is in an old palazzo, refitted to be small apartments. Ours had a bedroom and kitchen with a table for four. But no sitting area... there was one adjacent to our apartment but open to all guests. Also, they don't warn you that there is a 40 euro charge for using the kitchen. Breakfast was OK but nothing special compared with others we had on our trip. But the real issue is Ispica. There is nothing to recommend the town... limited sites and restaurants. "Nice base to explore Donnafugata, local beaches and southern Sicily more generally. Be aware that you may need to use local restaurants in the evening (five minute drive). Went here on honeymoon and would happily return."
