"Everything was great. What we liked are that staff were nice and friendly, prompt in services; firm bed to our liking and inviting pool area; in particular, the breakfast was delicious and the chef knows how to cook. The only issue was the access to the internet. It’s fast when connected but dropped out or didn’t even have internet at night from time to time."

"Pros - nice facility, excellent staff, very good buffet breakfast, close to grocery store and mall food court. Shuttle to the night market was nice. Cons - nothing major - finicky wifi - we had to reenter hotel password every few minutes. I’m an avid swimmer and there was a strange smell in the pool water that gave me a headache. Not close to any of the major tourist sites but Grab was affordable and convenient. "

"Delicious, huge bi-cultural buffet for breakfast, along with made-to-order omelets. Helpful staff, and just the right location for visiting Night Bazaar and the Clock Tower music and light show. We were a private small group with a hired van, and the van was able to back right up to the hotel door for easy unloading and loading."
