This is an awesome place to relax and to use as marching point to explore the Tuscany. The location is incomparable and the rooms and hotel are awesome. Staff is really kind and helpful. Make sure to get in time for breakfast and spa, since they do finish a bit early.

The property was clean. Front desk Service was fast and efficient, we only stayed one night, but it seems the grounds in general had better times. The room itself was very comfortable, did not had breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not. Area around the hotel was not pretty, lots of vacant buildings but did not felt unsafe.

Pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Admiral Palace. The physical hotel is a bit dated (only sit down tub, no functional shower); but they keep it up very well. The hotel restaurant is excellent with unique menu items. Nice pool facilities.

Outdated

The hotel is very outdated. There was mold in the shower and a duvet without a cover, just a sheet underneath the duvet. Very unhygienic. We had lunch in the restaurant when we arrived, which unfortunately set the tone for the stay. The selection on the menu was incredibly poor. The toast we were served was not toasted at all, and the burger was so bone-dry and had a big pile of cheese (which looked like it had been melted but had solidified into a cold lump again). We asked for fries with the burger, but that wasn’t possible. Nor was it possible to get any sauce with the steak. This hotel belongs more in the 2-3 star category. The staff was friendly and helpful. That is the only positive thing about the hotel.

The so called 4 star hotel is VERY tired looking and worn...there is no coffee or tea in the rooms. Two of the room lights doesn't work. 1 english channel BBC news the rest are Italian TV. The breakfast is very uninspired with 1 sort of cheese and 1 sort of ham....and this is Tuscany..... Never going back again.

L’hôtel est bien situé à Chianciano Terme. Parking et garage très pratiques. La suite junior était grande et bien entretenue. La douche et la baignoire pratique pour des personnes en pleine forme. Si vous avez des difficultés de mobilité ou un surpoids la douche sera inconfortable.
