Rooms are clean , some of the staff not kind but what can you do . Breakfast lovely..all you want . Staff very lovely.. the bar stuff amazing. Rooms - the second bed in 227 really seemed that is made for a dog. Hard as rock. Not comfortable at all had to ask extra blankets

Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing

It suited us, the area is a little bit out of the way but the Metro is a 20 minute walk away on relatively dangerous roads but it's ok. The property was ideal for what we needed.

The hotel location is amazing But the checkoyt is abit early its on 10:00 am its so early there is no 24/24 reception service otherwise its clean and good and the best is the location👍
