"A very quaint and historic inn. This was my second stay at the Inns and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful however, the bathroom needs a little work. Some new caulking and a little elbow grease in the bathtub would help."

"This is not my first time here , but it will definitely be my last .yesterday i went out early came back ans the room wasn't cleaned i called downstairs and asked the front desk for fresh towels,she told me i needed to come down and get since she didnt gave anyone to bring them up.i saud okay, the next day as i was leaving out the hotel i told the front deck no one came yesterday to clean the room came you make sure someone cleaned it today i need fresh clean linen and towels and another roll toilet paper she said okay.she gonna make sure someone cleans it today...i return from dinner and to my surprise the room still has not been cleaned immediately called downstairs and told the front she told me the rooms get cleaned every other day i could not believe it.and i told her i needed an extra roll of tissue and cleaned towels she told me to come downstairs to get it...i have never had tgis type of experience in any hotel ever "

"Every single thing they offer was broken or out of order. No indoor pool. No laundry. No fitness center. The hot breakfast that they advertise online and literally on the sign out front of the hotel is simply a waffle maker. Everything else was cold breakfast. Knockoff cheerios and frosted flakes. Yogurt and a bowl full of apples that is it. Every ice machine in the hotel was broken except for the one in the main lobby and because the freezer ice tray was stained yellow I had to walk across the entire hotel just to get ice when I wanted a drink which happened about 5 or 6 times a night for a medium cup. Dirty adult sized handprints on the walls. Broken fridge in the first room. Bloodstain on the pillows. Big yellow stains on the sheets. Hot wings all over the elevator at one point which they just tossed the mat aside and left the hot sauce stains in the elevator. Shampoo and conditioner left from the previous stay half used. I was using this hotel to spend time with my 7 year old son for the weekend due to my living situation right now and I could not be more disappointed that the little bit of time we were able to spend together was in a dirty hotel with literally nothing they offered on the app or on the sign out front. On top of everything they would not issue any type of refund or discount or a free night and Expedia only issued me a $50 credit which isn't even enough to pay for a full night. Do not bring your kids here. Stay away! This place is not worth the $70 a night"
