"The room was average but clean. We didn't have the breakfast. The bar was good & so we're the staff on the bar, very helpful. Also the young Indian gentlemen on reception was extremely helpful and polite."

"We always stay in this hotel because the location is right in the middle of Chester, the rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Lovely fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Our room had air conditioning though not available in all rooms I think, much needed for our stay in the extreme hot weather. Reception was very pleasant and welcoming and helpful. Great hotel to stay for a few days visit to Chester. we always stay at the back of the hotel as it is quieter."
