"Clean room and friendly staff!"

"Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at there wasn’t even hot water. If it wasn’t for the price I would’ve walked out immediately. There was a fight in the parking lot as I was trying to check out police were scattered everywhere. This is not a safe hotel to ever bring your family. If you need to stay at night as last case scenario in price I’d recommend it but anything else I wouldn’t the actual room was disgusting. The bed was barely OK. There wasn’t even any hot water so there’s no point in showering. It’s not like they gave you shower gel either so I wouldn’t bother the community was probably awful. A lot of people from the streets came in trying to find a room. The staff was overwhelmed in the overall hotel quality safety was poor. I’ve never stayed in such of a shambles have a place. "

"The rooms were clean and spacious, but our heat/air didn't work in the first room so we were miserably hot the first night. They did switch our room when another became available the next day. The next room's bathroom sink did not drain. The pool was closed despite being closed the previous month for the same repair. I specifically called to make sure it was going to be open and of course right before we arrived it closed, for the same reason it was closed the precious month! At one point there was only 1 elevator working. I don't mean 1 set of elevators, I mean literally 1 elevator. They fixed it within a day. The breakfast was good eith fresh fruit, fresh made omlets, eggs, etc. Overall for the price and disappointments, I would not recomment this hotel."

"We realized chargers left in the room right after we checked out, the chargers have gone when we went back to the room for checking. And could not find it from the reception center, the staff are rude. We had to look for housekeeping people by ourselves… I reserved the room and left my bank information, when checked out, they charged from others’ credit card… that’s ridiculous!!!"
