"Clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff. The one critique is of the executive lounge. Paid extra for rooms with lounge access. Arrived to the hotel just after midnight, hoped to get some beverages and maybe light snacks from the lounge. There was barely anything left in the fridges. Returned the next morning for coffee, breakfast, which is advertised as being available in the lounge. The coffee machine wasn’t working, no staff in sight, crumbs on the counters, absolutely nothing in any of the fridges. I mentioned this to the staff in the lobby and was told that I can return at 5 for high tea. Obviously, extra $ for executive lounge access was a complete waste. "

"The stay was really great. The staff was super helpful. We were travelling with a baby and they were understanding and accommodating to all our requests! The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. "
