"The stay was great, the place is wonderful with an amazing design and very calm. Beautiful view on the lake and great food. We were very content with everything.
Unfortunately, then we had a bit of a bad aftertaste - during the stay we wanted to pay but the service informed us it was already paid. We didn’t think much about it since we don’t track every 100€. After check out they messaged us that it wasn’t paid after all - I checked it and it was true. I of course agreed to transfer the money...

"Well, where can I start??
First the location on the Expedia app was not right. I mentioned it to the owner, he blamed it on my Canadian phone. Our Indian driver actually had the same “wrong”location on his phone.
After checking in, we went to our room, beautiful room on the 4. Floor with a great balcony, then took the elevator down and got stuck in a pitch black elevator without emergency lights for what sounded forever. Next time we went downstairs, we decided to walk and discovered that the...
