"Residental hotel is a series of small, two floor buildings with what might be considered large studio apartments. Perhaps a little overkill for one night, but still very nice. May need to walk a minute or so outside to enjoy a very nice breakfast. "

"Unfortunately for us, our stay was scheduled after the hotel had turned on the A/C, and there was no way for us to adjust the room temperature - it was FREEZING when we walked in! It was unusually chilly out for mid-May, but turning the A/C off completely helped a little. The water in the sink never got warm, and the shower took a few minutes of running before it got to a comfortable temperature. Overall, the room was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly :)."

"It’s in a good location, close to the Cooper River Race Course where I had crews competing. That’s really the only reason why I come here. The hotel itself is a normal motel, not anything special, with pretty bad coffee in the room. For the price you pay I would expect a bit more."
