Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge
The hotel was a great location and the room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the heaviness of the bathroom door. It would not stay open unless you prop it with a chair.

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
Staff was courteous, the manager went out of his way to help me. The room was clean but the carpet could use a scrubbing, our grand daughter spill a cup of water and when we sopped it up the towel came away quite brown.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
Beautiful view from our balcony and the community deck. The kids enjoyed the pool. Our unit (D302) was clean but in desperate need of updating (couch was broken, fans wobbled, paint peeling, etc).
