"Service was quite meh - reception staff was not helpful when asking for more info, seemed distant and cold. Worse was the over-crowded executive lounge - crazy long wait of at least 30 min so we gave up on our free welcome champagne. There was no offer to send to our room despite the wait. Long queue at breakfast too and paid USD50 per pax so not worth it - could be the weekend but hotel needs to cater for this."

"The experience overall was very smooth and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. However, you can tell the rooms are a bit old but it was still a comfortable room. We got an ocean view room with terrace and the view was amazing!"

Only comment is that for you to reach the front desk, must ride 2 elevators then to go to your room, will have to use a third elevator. There were no instructions on how to reach the front desk. Good thing we saw someone who speaks English at the entrance of the hotel. "
