처음 들어왔을 때 시설부터 너무 고급져보였습니다. 직원분들께서도 너무 친절하게 응대해주셨고 방도 깔끔했습니다. 베개가 너무 높으면 잠을 잘 못자는 편인데 베개가 푹신해서 잠 정말 잘 잤어요 ㅎㅎ 조식이랑 라운지 바 모두 맛있었습니다! 택시 기사님이 천안에서 제일 좋은 호텔이라고 하셨어요 ㅎㅎ다음에 천안에 온다면 또 이용하려고 합니다 😄

침구가 제일 맘에 들었어요. 샴푸,바디워시 등 전부 록시땅이네요. 스탠드 있는 것도 좋았어요. 단, 일회용바디타올 없었던 건 좀..환경생각하면 일회용품 쓰지 말아야기는 한데 당연 있을 줄 알고 준비 안 했다가 좀ㅈ당황했어요. 글구 침대옆 콘센트가 유럽형 밖에 없었던 점ㅇ 좀 아쉬었지만 그래도 긴 멀티텝이 있어서 불편하지 않았습니다. 전체적으로 좋았어요~
