Airport Shuttle from the airport -did not arrive. Reservation made and paid by Expedia could not be found by reception and they kept me waiting for over 1 hour. At which point I left as I felt harassed and bullied for no fault of mine. Two Indian persons checked in easily while I was waiting.

This hotel is near the airport and has a 24hr airport shuttle which was just what we wanted. The hotel OK, a bit tired maybe. The area it is in is also OK although there's no restaurants outside it, we had dinner at the hotel and it was great.

We only stayed a night, hotel was a bit rundown, aircon in my sons room didn't work. Area around the hotel was a bit rundown and grubby, but we wanted close to the airport which this hotel ticks off. Went to the restaurant in the evening staff appeared terrified to have a customer and disappeared, it took 40 minites to even place an order. When it came food was tasty and plentiful. Checkout and transfer back to the airport was good and efficient. Checkin took ages and we had been travelling for 24 hours and just wanted our rooms.

Proximity to the airport is the plus and the airport shuttle back to the airport was very convenient & excellent service. Staff struggled to communicate with clarity about the shuttle on arrival. So I took a taxi. The check in was long and the person struggled to find the visa on my passport. The first room I was given had damp infested wall. So refused to stay on that room.

Overall it was a decent stay. Food was good. Air conditioning worked very well and so was the hot water in bathroom. Wireless worked well. The room given to me did not have a window with lighting so it felt claustrophobic. The elevator did not work so had to use the stairs. The furniture were a little run down. Overall, It’s a decent place to stay.

The only good thing about the property is how close it is the airport. The shuttle pick up was a fiasco, I messaged the hotel twice about when I was arriving and had no response, I ended up calling 5 times and waiting half an hour to be picked up. I didn't have an Indian SIM card as I was only here for a night, so it made it extra difficult. Apparently the hotel expected me to have the phone number of the driver although they never gave it to me. Shuttle back to the airport in the morning was much smoother, which I was grateful for. Although the seat belts for guests are broken. The rooms are shabby and various things broken, there was no toilet paper in the room. I asked to change rooms as the window was broken and didn't shut, and it would have been possible for someone to access the room from the alley outside. The hotel staff tried to fob me off saying the place was fully booked so I couldn't change rooms, but this wasn't the case. I found the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming, other than the shuttle driver in the morning.
