"It was amazing. The staff at the hotel, Ann and Caroline, were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. The breakfast was very delicious as there was quite a bit to choose from. I am planning on staying at this hotel on my return journey back to Kunming. "A brand-new hotel, everything feels fresh. I was upgraded to a better room and really enjoyed the nice view. The hotel even provides earplugs, and the essential oil in the room smelled amazing — I loved the relaxing scent and atmosphere. Afternoon tea was good as well.
