Yes the internet was fast. I din't see any pets in the hotel so I can't comment on pet stays. Hotel is conveniently located and is within walking distance of a lot of locations in center city Philadelphia.

Philadelphia Suites-Extended Stay
Rooms were filthy. They don't vacuum floor between guest stays.Kitchen tiles were sticky as they don't wash the floor. Air vents were covered in dust.
