"Have stayed here before so was confident booking it again for a "girls trip" last weekend.
All three of my friends were delighted with their rooms and with the overall vibe and location of the hotel. Its right in the middle of town and very close to numerous great takeaway places ( City Indian is a must! ) and you can walk easily to the zoo, the art gallery, the sports stadium etc.
The staff here are so nice without being overly saccharine and I appreciated a personal note from the manager welcoming me back with a small sweet treat as a gift. ( thank you! )
I was in a corner suite located right next to the lifts so was concerned I'd hear the noise from that but did not hear a sound! And even though its winter the pool was warm enough to have a quick couple of swims. Its a great pool.
Didn't have room service or the breakfast this trip but its incredibly popular and it seemed like most of the hotel guests were there every morning.
We are all looking forward to coming back, its a fantastic unpretentious, smart and very clean hotel with with big comfortable beds and a brilliant location.
