Family friendly Hotels in Chelsea, Boston

"The location is centrally located. You can pretty much walk to any of the tourist locations or to catch a train that will take you anywhere. The coffee shop inside the hotel is very good."

"Breakfast was great. Staff was a bit snobby and did not seem happy to be working there. Hotel was very noisy and I noticed several holes in the walls at different points in the hotel which I thought was odd. It was my first stay at a Hilton hotel and I don't thing I'd stay at another one. "

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."
