It did not match the pictures on the site. Internet did not work. Next day they shifted us to their main building which matched the room pictures in the website. Elevator was not working for one day. . Internet started working in the new room. Next day toilet sped flushing. They took care of it. Last day, AC conked out. By the way, I thought they had a swimming pool. We didn't see it anywhere. Good thing is that the management is very polite. They respond to any complaint quickly. What they need is better investment in proactive maintenance. They need to make excellent customer experience top priority. The property has lots of potential. "
