Mold in the bathroom, bloody towel. Manager extremely rude when bringing the amount of mold in shower to his attention and said zero refunds Or accommodations. Hallways stuck like mildew. When air kicked on in room it also smelled like mildew.

Room was clean and stocked well with toiletries. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Our granddaughter loved the pool. We did not make it down for breakfast. Close proximity to Ruby Falls, Rock City & incline railway and short drive to the Aquarium.
