"As we drove up to the entrance we were warmly greeted by the valet. He helped us u load the car and the bellman was right there ready to take our bags up to the room. Check in was easy and fast, and the staff at the desk were warm and friendly, letting us know how happy they were to have us. First impressions of the room it was clean nicely decorated, and I love the bathroom. The water was hot and lasted that way for everybody who stayed in the room. It smelled great and the linens were clean every single time we left to go somewhere somebody was right there to tell us have a good day or to help us get our car. I come to Universal at least once every year and I will definitely be staying here again."

"Very nice and safe facility. The only issue we had was that the hotel store pay out machine was not working and the vending machine was also not working so we had zero snacks and drinks during our first night. We did walk down a few blocks the next day to get goodies from the gas station"

"Location to RasouliSpine surgery center & Cedar Sinai. Came for neck surgery and the staff was great at the desk & valet parking. Also, desk told me & gave me a card to book directly for my next back surgery & price matching. More flexibility on stay if things go long "

"Everything was great what a cute place and town, very comfortable and nice staff! I had only one small issue no hot water in the shower but maybe I didn’t wait long enough for it to get hot. Otherwise would love to stay here again"
