"We found this gem on our way south and so glad we stayed. The couple who hosted us were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful. The view from the pool was incredible. It is a quiet town so there’s not much around but the city of Sarlat was wonderful. Sunday market is a must! "

"Shower was difficult to use. Restaurant offered little choice & forced us order expensive, complicated fixed menus. A few more “plats” would be more appropriate."

"Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful."

"Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, si nous n'étions pas attendu ailleurs on serait resté plus longtemps. Les hôtes sont adorables. C'est un hôtel à taille humaine, très appréciable. "Very friendly welcome. Beautiful location with views out of the back of the hotel. Food very good and service excellent. Room was very basic and hot - no fan or air conditioning so did not sleep well. Bathroom was basic (no shower :-( ) and all soap dispensers were empty. "
