"I knew it would be “basic” when I booked the “hostel”, but I wanted to stay near Combe Laval for the views. Service was slow and the breakfast was non-existent. We decided only to have coffee in the morning, but the veg dinner option was, surprisingly, excellent and the best thing one can say about the stay."

The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. "Lovely Auberge in the centre of the village of Correncon. Private parking and the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. A lovely raclette in the evening with good wine and the company of other guests. A breakfast with too much to eat! I was made to feel very welcome."

"Hôtel au charme de l'ancien , très propre ,bon accueil , chambre spacieuse , bonne literie , je ne comprends vraiment pas la note de 2 que certains ont mis. Seul petit point qui peut gêner c'est sa localisation en centre vieille ville , perso j'ai renoncé à venir en voiture jusqu'à l'hôtel mais j'ai trouvé à garer ma voiture à 5 mn à pied de l'hôtel . Il y a des places de parking le long du Bvd Ballon devant l'école Chabestan , et en face un petit parking en "épis" , les deux sont gratuits ! Si...
