"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "Room was great but more importantly staff was extremely courteous and helpful in every way to make our stay comfortable and memorable ! We stayed in the junior suite on the top floor with partial lake view which was spectacular. You need to climb 2 storeys to reach here but the room was definitely worth it. The area was very central to everything- grocery stores, buses and the Freddy Mercury statue! The hotel also provided us a Montreux Riviera Card with several discounts and free local transport. Would definitely return here! Thank you. "

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance."
