"We are very grateful for the warm and kindest hospitality. They made us feel at home and welcomed. The property is so beautiful and the details of the architecture and interior design are well-thought out. The views are serene and therapeutic, we even saw deers through our windows. We drove here and can’t imagine how one would get here without a vehicle as it is quite remote. With the remoteness, comes privacy :) we love this place very much. Breakfast is included also. "Well placed for a stop en route north. A bit far out of the fascinating town of Sisteron if you wanted to visit it’s ancient charms, but well placed to all the routs out. "
"Lovely and calm boutique hotel in the outskirts of Sisteron. Such a little gem of a place, old houses beautifully redecorated with a stunning patio area and a mountain backdrop. We arrived late in the evening but the owner still arranged for an apéro dînatoire for us. Can highly recommend the hotel. "
"The hotel is well located if you are travelling around the countryside. Close to many bigger cities for touing, but quiet countryside hotel to come back to. Excellent breakfast and dinner."
"This is a little slice of heaven. I had a last minute booking. The owner was kind to reach out to me to make sure my arrival would not be during a time that might conflict with a scheduled appointment. She gave great recommendations and provided a tasty breakfast. I wish I’d had more than one night because it was lovely."
"Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Perfekt Hôtel för en övernattning vid genomresa. Även om inte hotelet är modernt så är det rent och fräscht. En extra stjärna till personalen "
"Easy parking outside in parade of shops. Close to nature walk and lake - restaurants nearby were not open (Wednesday) so we walked for 30 mins to nearby town Vollonne for evening meal."

"Such a great little hotel and a super cute town. We were able to go on market day and it’s very local to other little towns. The staff were so sweet and the hotel was fantastic."

10/10 Excellent
"Attention to little things such as placing a variety of chocolates/nougat/calissons each night on the bed and a bottle of wine to welcome guests.
Food was excellent. Cocktails were lovely.
Having indoor and outdoor pool was a bonus.
The nearby town of Forcalquier was well worth visiting"
"We loved the Provence region and particularly being out of the busy towns during the summer high tourist season. Definitely need a car there. We flew into Avignon and drove the car to the hotel, as well as drove around during our stay. The hotel was amazing, almost like having an apartment with a separate room for the kids. It was so peaceful and tucked away. Kids loved the 'pool', the small heated one, which is referred to as the hot tub. There is a much larger pool, but much too cold for our Florida kids :) We ate dinner at the restaurant 1 night and it was very good. You are supposed to make reservations ahead of time, which we didn't realize. They fit us in as it was our arrival night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The main village of Sault is only 10 to 15 minute drive away, and you pass through it to get to the hotel. And, big plus, there is a grocery market about a 5 minute drive away. We had a full kitchen and living area, so we cooked dinner a couple nights and stayed in after touring the area during the day. In terms of other miscellaneous info, there was a small playground with swings and a slide. The main office had a lot of brochures and info about the area. There is a detached room/building for self laundry services. Overall, we all loved this location!"
"I loved the staff. Everyone - especially Amelia - was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very good. I was never able to get the wifi to work in my room despite a lot of assistance. Great base for lavender, which was why I came. "
