"We had the *most* brilliant few days at La Sommellerie. This is a paradise hotel that's even better than the photos — the terrace and the pool are beautiful, the team are all brilliant, funny, chatty, and make you feel like one of the family. It almost feels like another world! Our room had a pool view and was very comfortable. The dinner in the hotel was the best we had in France all week, their wine list is excellent and all the best chateaus in the area are within easy reach.

"Fantastic location and warm welcoming staff. We had a wonderful view of the palace entrance, which was only a 30 second walk away. Everything you would typically want in a room was already there without having to ask the staff. Beds were comfortable, including the pull-out couch. Plenty of coffee in the room."

"Probably the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in! Absolutely stunning place. The grounds went on and on… the pool area was amazing… the fine dining restaurant was superb. Our room was huge and the decor was exquisite. I could go on…. The only problem was we couldn’t stay another night as it was fully booked!!!"
