10/10 Excellent

"Excellent location for visiting the famous attractions. Just a few blocks from palais des papes. Super clean room. Basic furnishings but great value for the price. The only significant downside is that parking is difficult. You will probably need to park in a lot and walk multiple blocks to reach the hotel."

"The staff here was quite good, but this simply isn’t a 4 star hotel. I have no idea how it has that accreditation. Our room was in the old section of the hotel. The wifi didn’t reach our room, the safe didn’t not work, the ceiling in the renovated bathroom was about 1.8m (about 6 feet) tall if you stood up in the shower, so I had to shower crouching over. The soap dispensers were also broken so we had to manually pump hand wash out. Also, the air conditioner is just built into the room. You can set a temperature or adjust the fan speed. It is underpowered to cool the size of the old rooms as well. Overall, just the property is in poor condition. The staff were great, but they can’t fix poor maintenance and a bad renovation job. I won’t be back."

"This hotel is amazing, a little quirky maybe but amazing. The staff are so friendly and keen to make our stay comfortable. The room was very small but that wasn’t an issue at all especially as they have a lovely terrace on the first floor. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but there was complimentary fresh coffee along with tea and water, and I’ve always available. There was also a communal fridge which was perfect as we were making our own lunches and could keep beer and wine cold for our Appies on the terrace in the evenings. Wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend to others."

"Poor breakfast. Too crowded .serving area too small. No access to get the food or drinks. Lack of food.. ran out ..because not enough availability to meet demand. Did not help because people made take out. Staff poor. Room on roof lovely. Clean . Great shower No coffee. Would recommend only if you don't have breakfast"
