If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. "It’s an old building… with an overgrown garden like an haunted mansion. First impression was to run… seemed like a horror movie set. Old furniture with dantesque paintings in this dark manor. BUT… we stayed as was only a motorway stop. Dinner was in the middle of the garden… and food was AMAZING. Room was super specious and super clean… with all the accessories. Breakfast was generous and well presented in a room from 1830!! Great value for money… and super well connected to lovely locations...
