"The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”."

"I tried to cancel a good 20 days before. I got no reply from the char (even though they say they respond typically in a day), I then emailed and got nothing back. Very uoset as I had to cancel due to a family member and to them be asked how my check in was just added to the upset. Disgusting "

"We did not get to stay, because our paid for, confirmed booking was non existent I am still awaiting a full refund. M. Amar could not have been more helpful or pleasant. He spent quite a lot of time phoning around and eventually got us a delightful chamber d’hote in St Martin de Londres. Unfortunately, the administration of Hotel.com was less than useless."
