"The Villa itself was spacious and decent. All the basic amenities and the green space out front was nice. However, there was a lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom, which is odd given the fact many people come to Okinawa for the beach. The location was in a nice residential neighbourhood, but felt like no man’s land in terms of eateries etc. If you’re vegetarian, like me, good luck. "Since this is resort type hotel, it is a bit far for walking to other stores, markets or restaurants. It is one bus stop away from a highly recommend Itoman Fish Market. The hotel is close by a public beach with its own large size pool for leisure lounging around. The overall experience was excellent."

"The hotel is very nice and the staff has outstanding customer service. My only gripe is that is regarding the alleged amenities and the fact they are not all on the property at the Doubletree Hotel. You have to walk to the Hilton, which is sort of close but also far when you expected all amenities to be at the property. Specifically, the wellness center/spa, fitness facilities, indoor pool, and spa are NOT at the Doubletree. The walk to the Hilton is approximately 1-2 blocks because you have to walk around to the front of the hotel. The wellness center is phenomenal and worth the money, but I did not like the misleading advertising on the Expedia page."
