"A few things we weren’t happy about it. Only 1 remote control was needed to replace batteries not working even though the suite had 2 TVs . They told us at the time of reservation we had breakfast free included they didn’t give us free breakfast the day we were there. Miss communication between front desk and restaurant Hotel in general wasn’t very clean."

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and enjoyed having a view of the sunrise and sunset... Sabrina at the front desk was a charm to deal with, really will miss her, she was very professional, extremely friendly, made you feel welcome as you were part of the family... The breakfast was wonderful and so were the dinners we ordered, cooked really well and the staff were very helpful when ordering... Enjoyed having front row parking due to my 93 year old Mom can't walk far... We will stay at this Best Western the next time we come to Arizona and recommend it to anyone, its in a good location, quiet, and lots of shopping opportunities without going really far..."

"The staff is lazy, we had to call 5 times for a shuttle, they wouldnt even answer the phone. Old dirty pair of mens socks left in our room, front desk Nathan said, o sorry it hapoens all the time, had to wait an hour for towels, went to desk for towels and was told no, we had to wait at room. For 200 bucks a night, service was horrible. Won't be returning."

"Older hotel but pretty clean, staff extremely friendly. Hot water is not great nor were the pillows. Housekeeping does not come every day but you can still get more towels etc… Internet goes in and out but plenty of parking and really close to airport."
