Lastly; our airport shuttle was booked for the flight departure time and there was a miscommunication. Basma and Hisham recognized the mistake made by one of their colleagues and fixed the problem quickly and got us to the airport quickly and on time for our flight. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I would definitely bring my family back to stay at this hotel. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at Residence du Parc - Val D'Europe. Our visit was for the Disney parks, which are very close by. We would recommend a printed instruction on how to use public transportation to get to and from the parks."

"The hotel is located in a very nice area of Paris and 300 feet from a Metro stop, which was very convenient. We walked to the Place de Vosges in 5 minutes and Notre Dame Cathedral in 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful, especially Tim at the front desk. We found our room to be small for a "Classic Double" (it seemed smaller than the online photo) but the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom/shower was excellent. Skipped in the expensive in-hotel breakfast to take advantage of two excellent bakeries less than a block away from the hotel."
