"Choose other options in St Mary’s, stay at the holiday inn express in Kingsland. Positive, people were friendly, breakfast was good, not great. Loved the egg cheese omelette and bacon, other than that it was a continental breakfast. Negatives, old moldy smell lobby and rooms, old motel 6 style rooms, beige colored popcorn ceiling tiles that were cracked, broken sink, literally a 12 inch crack across a porcelain sink basin, bed platform coming apart, my wife kicked the corner sticking out several times. Pillows were lumpy chunks of har foam or??? We had to go to store to buy 2 pillows. Floors were dirty, concrete balcony area stained, door to lobby for breakfast were damaged, stained, needed repair. We prepaid for 2 nights, left after first night because when we returned to our room about 3:30pm, cleaning staff was gone and they never cleaned our room, no new towels, etc. went to front desk, they were having conversations in back, never came up, had to ring bell, heard someone shout, it’s prepaid, we will email bill, never even asked why I was checking out. Not a great experience, not sure why anyone would give this property high reviews. My wife felt uncomfortable and unsafe. People were hanging out on their balconies drinking, hanging out, felt like a college dorm room. Lastly, no sound insulation, you can hear the toilets flush in the next room, just gross."

"This was a nice place for a quick overnight stay. We just didn’t like the super bright LED lights everywhere inside the room. They were very bright and there was no way to dim them down. Other than that, would stay again for sure."
