Arrived with a reservation to be told they had no rooms due construction. They could have called to let me know. I had to get another room without having my refund from this room

Hilton Charlotte University Place
The staff were friendly from the moment I checked in. The room was clean even though I did have some trouble with the shower door not closing all the way. It was close enough to shops and places to eat but not too far from downtown either. I would definitely stay here again!
