"I got to the hotel on Saturday 12/30/26 at 2:44pm to check-in and was informed by Brandi that my room was not ready and for me to grab lunch, come back in about 30 minutes and your room should be ready. I go to Chili's for lunch, come back at 3:55pm waited in a long line to finally get to the counter ..."

"Basic nice hotel downtown. For price expected more then Best Western breakfast and room attire. And who decided sofas and sofa seats was suitable dining area seating? Seriously? Come on. You can do better. Whole families standing and eating. Not a good look."
