Great location but condo needs updating.

The location is great. You are very close to Folly Beach, a fun and family friendly environment. The pool at the condo is small but in good condition. The condo needs updating and the beds are old and need to be replaced. My wife and did not sleep well. The patio has a good view of the marsh lands and water. The carpets in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. There are stains.
