"The House of 1833 is a beautiful old home with an amazing collection of antiques. It is surrounded by old English style gardens. In late September we were a bit too early for fall colors. The owner is delightful and helpful and the food was wonderful! "

"Front desk staff was excellent! We arrived early and asked if we could check in early and they told us they could call us when it was ready, which they did . Very helpful with lunch recommendations also. "
"Obvious room renovations. They were very nice. The bathroom was beautiful. Not sloppy workmanship like you often see in many hotels. Had all the amenities."
"The breakfast is awkward because you call a number to have fruit and coffee delivered to your room. I’d rather a more traditional breakfast arrangement where you can go to a central location on the property to get what you want. The rest of the amenities and offerings were fantastic. The front desk gave fantastic recommendations. "
"The lady that checked me in was very nice and polite. Very helpful. The room was nice but needs to be updated. The carpets are old and have a mildew smell. But it was a very nice stay. I would have like to have breakfast at the hotel. There is a dinner on the same property. But the food on a scale of 1-10 was about a 2. Waitress was very nice. I ordered a Mystic Sunrise mocktail and was brought one that tasted like beer. When I asked she said it had champagne in it, and I reminded her that was supposed to be in mocktail so she took it away and returned with the correct one. But it definitely was beer.."
"The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend Best Western Hotel to family and friends."
"Clean room, friendly and courteous staff. A very good stay. Only issue I saw was that premium parking can get tight at night, but was only a minor inconvenience."
"Went for our anniversary and loved it. Excellent service, beautiful restaurant with excellent food and views. Loved the shuttle service to downtown (although was an easy walk had the weather been nicer!) Will definitely return! "
