"The location was amazing with our Bay State Provincetown Ferry literally outside the hotel. It was clean and staff was nice. The staff did try to get us to upgrade to a suite because the room they put us in was close to the elevator, which is really wasn't the close. Although, the walls may be a little thin because I heard a woman talk from a nearby room for a good hour after I went to bed. It may have been from the adjoining room, next time I'll ask for a non-adjoining room and maybe in a part of the hotel that had less guests."

"This is an older hotel, which gave it a lot of character! The location cannot be beat. All of the staff that we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were well kept any clean. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!"

"Mi habitación estaba sucia. No la habían limpiado luego de que otros huéspedes la usaran. Luego estuvo muy bien. Desayuno muy pobre y temprano. El personal atento pero no muy amable. No tiene elevador hasta el primer piso por lo que debes subir tus valijas por escalera sin ayuda. Es un lindo hotel pero le faltan detalles Ñ."

"The two bell hop men who helped with our luggage upon arrival and departure were excellent, welcoming and thoughtful. Upon arrival I didn't get the name of the gentleman but he was as good as Willy who was so helpful including offering directions on how to get to the highway. The cleaning crew was also very pleasant and did a nice job. Lastly the concierge was was helpful and friendly."
