"Thank you Anastasia and the rest of the helpful staff! Available constantly and helped with my 10000 questions. Super clean and comfortable. I don't like sharing bathrooms but they are kept clean and my room was near a "luxurious" one. Everything you need is in the common areas, which makes you feel more connected to others. Restaurant and service AMAZING. I loved the reindeer steak. Breakfast included= needed and fantastic way to start your day in the arctic."

"Staff were super friendly and made sure we had our tours planned. Made sure we had access to drinking water. Good location. The winter gear we rented was delivered straight to this hotel. The bus from the airport goes straight to this hotel. The breakfast was 10/10 amazing variety defiantly met US standards. "
