"A lot of black mold in the main hotel. There was water coming in through all the ceilings. We stayed in the bungalow & lucky the smell of mold wasn’t as bad but you could see the mold on the ceilings. The pool is great, beautiful & good was also good. Just the smell of mold had us wanting to leave "

"Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order...

"Esta pousada, definitivamente, não merece a nota que vem recebendo aqui no Hoteis.com! Tínhamos poucas opções e a pousada tinha poucas avaliações confirmadas, o que já me deixou desconfiado. Mas o local realmente é decepcionante, com uma decoração no mínimo de gosto questionável e quartos muito rudimentares. Portas de ferro, janelas com blackout precário, banheiro com chuveiro elétrico. Cama até que era boa, mas o ar condicionado jogava o jato de ar frio diretamente sobre a cama. Definitivamente...

"Não pude ficar no estabelecimento apesar de ter reservado, pois a dona da Pousada (Gi) NÃO HONROU COM O CONTRATO sem qualquer justificativa plausível. Ainda por cima, quando entrei em contato para verificar a reserva do quarta, a mesma foi completamente rude, grosseira e mal educada, e por fim, desligou o telefone na minha cara. O site também não resolveu minha situação. Conclusão, fiquei sem estadia no local. NUNCA MAIS RESERVAREI PELO SITE E MUITO MENOS NESSA POUSADA."
