"The room was fine, but there wasn't coffee in the room. The staff at the counter needed a credit card for everything if you booked with Expedia, so the "market" couldn't be charged to your room. I booked our room with Expedia but put my wife's name first, so they wouldn't let me check in until she got there. Overall, the staff was surly, rude, and not helpful. There were 300 high school students staying at the hotel the same night we were there and there was no coordination for checkout and the staff didn't do anything to make it better. The WiFi didn't work at ALL. Repeated calls to the front desk didn't help. I finally got service with my Wyndham Rewards account, but this isn't Wyndham service. This isn't a nice hotel by service standards. This is a budget hotel run by people who are counting on you never coming back there. I don't know why it has the Wyndham name attached to it, it shouldn't."

"The hotel was rated an 8 which was way overrated. I would give it a four at most. The room was clean but looked older and worn. Even though it is an extended stay hotel, you needed to go down to the front desk to ask for kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, etc). The room set-up didn’t allow us to watch TV in bed. The walls are thin as we could hear our neighbors all night long. The breakfast in the morning was your choice of a coffee with a granola bar, muffin or oatmeal. Unfortunately, no fruit or other breakfast options unless you purchased them from their pantry. It was convenient to an early morning flight at Dulles."

"This is an economy hotel. The stove in my room was rusted. I only stayed 1 night but paid 2. Truly not a great stay but convenient because many places would not let me check in after 10:00 PM and they did."

"The staff were very kind and welcoming however, unfortunately, the hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana from the moment you walked into the elevator then onto the hallways. The room also had an odd smell to it, like it was humid, and the bathroom showerhead kept leaking the whole night even with the valve shut off. Countertops of the bathroom and kitchen weren’t clean either they were all sticky and stained with some brownish residue. There was also a lot of commotion throughout the day and fighting in one of the rooms nearby. It’s funny considering I was told my room was upgraded since the type I had originally booked was no longer available - it did not feel like much of an upgrade at all and I wonder what the standard room is like if this is an upgrade. Unfortunately the stay was not welcoming or safe and I won’t return, even though it is in a nice area, both the price and the aforementioned factors do not make it worth it. "
