"This is the unique property and everybody should visit once in a life"

"Very well-maintained heritage property at Kanatal. Nice rooms, I had an open terrace with a seating area that was my work station. The only issue was WiFi was not accessible in the rooms properly. These small improvements can make this property even better."

"Beautiful! Clean and friendly staff! "

"The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable"

"Our stay at Tehri Retreat by Himalayan Eco Lodges was nothing short of magical. If you’re craving serenity, waking up to the perfect sunrise over the mountains, surrounded by the soothing sounds of chirping birds, and enveloped in lush greenery—this is the place to be. The cottages offer a peaceful retreat, with exceptional staff who made us feel right at home. We were amazed by the location, not just for its beauty but also for the great mobile internet connectivity, which kept us connected...

"Excellent stay. Very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts (Suman and husband) and extremely helpful staff. The food and conversation are great, the views are nice and the hotel is conveniently located from forest trails and a lovely sunset point. Overall, we had a very nice stay for three nights at the Hermitage in Kanatal."

"Overall very good experience"

"This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. I would rate in-house food 4/5. It has Amala Cafe nearby which also serves good food options. Auli cafe on the way from Chamba is...

"We were the only guests in the hotel the staff took good care of us. Hotel is a little uphill walk so not really great for seniors. The parking in on the street. "

"Room, view, restaurant everything was great. Staff was very helpful. The only problem was that the lift was not ready and there were like 3 floors you had to go up and down. Kids room was great. Enough to be keep kids busy. Few things in other common area like foosball table was not working, rest table tennis, pool, carrom, ludo, those were fine. The roof top.view was great with enough space for everyone to sit. You can enjoy a nice sunset from there. Also, a maggi point with in few metres"

"You need to trek to reach the property. Good for youngsters looking for solitude, for age 45 it will be very difficult to reach the property. Vehicle will be parked uphill. "

"We did not get any room when we reached despite having a prepaid deluxe room, at reception we were told to enquire with hotels.com customer care. We had to wait in 30 minutes in rain at reception to discover that they will not able to provide any room. In short, very disappointed with these marketing tactics by hotels.com. Raised a request for...
