"Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."

"Excellent location and quality of accommodation. Had a fabulous time. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Food in the restaurants high quality. Spa was lovely. Could do with a heated towel rail in the bathrooms but that’s a small thing really. Overall excellent. Would definitely come back."

"Really nice hotel and the spa is fantastic. A couple of suggestions to make it even better 1. Some of the guests said they had no aircon. Our room was great, but it sounded like a few rooms were without, which wasn't so good in the hot weather. 2. It would be nice to have more water in the rooms. We had 2 plastic bottles of water in day 1. Maybe a glass bottle which could be refilled (better than plastic bottles) would be better 3. We were a little surprised that last orders at the bar was 11:00pm Not big issues - the hotel is lovely, but 1 or 2 considerations could improve things."

"House keeping every day. Room was spotless. Breakfast was out of this world. View was second to none"
