When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean. The air conditioning is managed via centralised control and fixed at heating, Busan has been very warm so I got little sleep with no cooling. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear people in neighbouring rooms watching movies, showering, coming and going. This is a particular problem seeing as I was on level 6, and on level 5 is a bowling club open til 4am… Overall really unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to check out. "

"A hotel this big and popular should at least have iron to offer. Also breakfast not good at all. Convenient area to stay at, close to most good places to visit and eat. But hotel it self very just average "

"The building and the room as u would expect from a 3 star hotel. It clean and no smell so I'm super happy. The location is decent. Right across the hotel is a local market which have a lot of stuff to see and eat. It close to BIFF streets. Like 5-10min walk. I would recommend this hotel if u don't want to spend too much money on 4-5 star hotel just to sleep. "
