"所有工作人員服務都很好，從前台，禮賓部到餐廳等等，包括溫泉的都是服務得很好
但是很多地方在維修，而且是非常大面積的， 還有泳池沒有開放 ，知道八月份沒有開放泳池真的有理說不清， 行政酒廊有沒有開放， 然後賣四千元一間套房， 真的很不值得，如果不是價格的話，設備又配不上這個價錢， 其他都很好的"

"장백산 못지 않게 좋았던 호텔입니다. 체크인할때 직원분이 너무 친절하게 해줬고 설명도 잘해줬습니다. 배정받은 방도 너무 좋았어요. 바깥공원도 좋아보였는데, 출입구 찾기가 어려웠어요. 조식은 그런데로 괜찮았어요. 그 외 식당은 기대보단 별로였 습니다. 전체적으로 괜찮았던 호텔입니다. "

"Hotel checkin agent did ask me for a ¥2000 deposit even though I've paid in full by a valid credit card when I booked with Hotel.com on-line, but I insisted not to pay the deposit. It was really annoying and I considered it was a harassment. "
