"Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. "A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. "Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. If you book this hotel, unless it’s been fixed, the hotel is NOT in the downtown core near all the markets and gyms etc. It is on the western outskirts of the city. I don’t know if it’s hotels.com fault or the hotel, but the location isn’t even close to what’s shown on the map. Otherwise everything was fine "
