"Les Crayeres is a beautiful property. Elegant and luxurious without being too stuffy. The entire team is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The concierge team were very responsive and were able to book most of our requests. It isn’t inexpensive; you get what you pay for. We are at Le Jardin and had a lovely meal. We stayed in Le Gallant Vert and had a lovely view into the private courtyard and another into the cobbled street. So close to the centre of old Troyes but also very quiet and tucked away. The church bells next door were another part of the charm. We recommend doing the self guided walking tour around the old town. Ask reception for a map."
