"We used Le Mas des Boires as a home base for a family wedding (service in Saint-Jean-de-Côle, reception at Chateau des Boires). The property was beautiful with a wonderful outdoor garden, refreshing pool (although smaller than the picture), and well-appointed stately rooms with private bathrooms (we had two large side-by-side rooms with balconies that overlooked the property. We loved the historic charm of the building - huge manger in the dining room; stone walls, exposed wood beams, etc....

"Wonderful small hotel in the heart of rural France. Room was very comfortable, staff very attentive and a great continental breakfast. Plenty of space to park on the street street outside hotel. Great place for my two night stopover. "

"We had a really super stay here. What a beautiful hotel; traditional, immaculately clean and so well equipped. We were made to feel so welcome for our short stay (hopefully longer next time!). "Pleasant property and host Jean-Christophe. After road trip we were looking forward to cup of tea, but no tea & coffee facilities in room. Hadn't planned to travel for dinner but appreciated the restaurant reservation in Perigeux at Hercule Poireau (cave) restaurant, great atmosphere, personable staff and beautifully presented, delicious cuisine. ."

Le menu du soir ainsi que le petit déjeuner (qui est inclu) étaient excellent et bien copieux. Nous avons pu profiter d’une nuit étoilée magique depuis le lit dans la bulle! La bulle est située au milieu d’une petite forêt réservée qu’à nous. Le lieu est très calme, paisible et situé dans une zone historique comportant de nombreux châteaux, qui bordent la route Richard Coeur de Lion. "
