"Only stayed for one night as we were travelling around the island. It was exactly as described and as I expected. Convenient location to the airport, blue bay and Mahebourg. Ideally you would need a car to get out of the resort and explore. Hotel has everything you need though. Big shopping centre 5 min drive away. "

"This is a very good and affordable hotel in Flic-en-Flac, Mauritius. The hotel is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is very good. "Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily.
Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge."

"Everything was perfect! The room, the food, the bar, the staff etc. The only thing is that since it’s winter over there it was very windy and kinda cold during the evening/ night. "We had a great 10 day honeymoon at La Pirogue. They were very accommodating at the beginning and end of holiday giving us a spare room to shower in. The food everg day was incredible. Cocktails lovely. No extra hidden charges. We played crazy golf and used the sports facilities too. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon! "
